River traditions meet foundry-fire flavor. Expect signature fried chicken, Gulf shrimp over creamy grits, pan-seared catfish, and ribeyes that don't need introduction. We're talking smoked wings, riverboat Cajun penne, collard greens, and fried okra that tastes like home. And our cocktail menu? Just as thoughtfully crafted as everything that comes out of our kitchen.
