Today, The Foundry Room carries that tradition forward—transforming quality ingredients into classic American dishes, reimagined with the same dedication to craft that built this city. River traditions meet foundry-fire flavor. Expect signature fried chicken, Gulf shrimp over creamy grits, pan-seared catfish, and ribeyes that don't need introduction. We're talking smoked wings, riverboat Cajun penne, collard greens, and fried okra that tastes like home. And our cocktail menu? Just as thoughtfully crafted as everything that comes out of our kitchen.
