Meet our Executive Chef
With 16 years of culinary experience, Executive Chef Brian Reyes brings a passion for bold flavors and diverse cuisines to The Foundry Room. Originally from Los Angeles, Brian has helped open several restaurants and brings a creative, from-scratch approach to his Southern-inspired menu.
His favorite dishes include the Ribeye with Fondant Potatoes, Stroganoff, and Blackened Catfish with Wild Rice.
