  • Thanksgiving a Signature Holiday Feast

    Spend Thanksgiving with us at The Foundry Room this year.

    Enjoy an elevated holiday spread featuring chef-attended carving stations with in-house smoked turkey and coffee-brined pork loin, plus a charcuterie and seafood display and Southern-inspired sides like sweet potato soufflé, cornbread stuffing, and mac and cheese. Finish with pumpkin basque cheesecake, classic apple pie, and peach cobbler.

    Enjoy live music at The Foundry Room with Monte Skelton, one of Evansville’s most celebrated performers. Sip on a craft cocktail and enjoy elevated cuisine while he blends saxophone, guitar, and more through his signature live looping style to create a sound all his own.
